Tony Noerpel has worked as a telecommunications research engineer since 1977. His research interests have included antenna design, radiowave propagation, point-to-point microwave radio, personal communications, and satellite communications. He holds thirty-two patents and has published several journal articles, conference papers and book chapters. He is currently chairman of Telecommunications Industry Association TR 34 Satellite Equipment and Systems Engineering Committee. He founded Sustainable Loudoun in 2005 in Loudoun County Virginia. On being human or a consumer unit
We see these boys as vulnerable children who need to be in free public schools getting an education. Milton Friedman saw them as production capital or consumer units.

The Con in Economics
I first read this remarkable passage by Milton Friedman a few years ago in Steve Keen’s book Debunking Economics. Keen is one of only twelve economists to have predicted the recent great recession so he is entirely credible. Still I’m a skeptical person and with due respect to Friedman I had to read the original paper.
