Polyp has been drawing cartoons since 1980 and took it up full time in the 1990s, having been a care worker before then. He has drawn cartoons for New Internationalist, Ethical Consumer Magazine, The Freethinker, Christian Aid, The Big Issue, and Friends of the Earth. Polyp’s graphic novels focus on deliberately suppressed history and events from the past that challenge how we see the present. polyp.org.uk
