Albert leads the Global Resilience Partnership’s work to advance the understanding and knowledge about resilience. Between 2012-2018, he served as Executive Director of Future Earth’s Programme on Ecosystem Change and Society (PECS). Following that he served as Deputy Director of the “Guidance for Resilience in the Anthropocene: Investments for Development” (GRAID) programme, which was hosted by the Stockholm Resilience Centre and funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).
