Mariel Cisneros López, Cognitive Analyst, holds the PhD in Knowledge Dissemination, UFBA, Brazil. She also has a Master in Art Education, OEI-MEC-CAEU and is a visual artist and anthropologist from UDELAR, Uruguay.
