Sara Escribano (Granada, 1989) grew up witnessing the increasing crisis of values of the world we live in. After completing her studies in English Philology, she has kept on learning through her travels. Avid for cultural exchange and appalled by the political scene in Spain, she has been travelling to and from the Balkans and Istanbul, among other destinations, getting in touch with a variety of anti-capitalist resistance movements. She gladly joined Guerrilla Translation in its mission to create a knowledge commons, a vast garden of social awareness whose scent will last through many generations, growing green and strong away from the control of the Market and State.
Determined to consecrate her life to her greatest passions, literature and languages, Sara finds inspiration in the most far-fetched details.
